Day 15 is G.I. Joe’s missile specialist and tank driver, Bazooka! Not gonna lie – that excellent mustache of Dr. Mindbender’s in yesterday’s post reminded me of Bazooka. So I thought, why not follow an amazing mustache with another amazing mustache haha.

I actually think my favorite part of this piece is his hands? I like that there’s just enough rendering to imply all the shapes, but also still left it mostly white for the lighting. I’m also happy with the texturing in the helmet area. I tried that “drybrushing” again for the shadowing in the bazooka, but – meh. I need to get a gray sharpie dangit. I went to 3 places by me and none have it. Go figure.
