One of my long standing desires has been to update the image I use on my business cards and website that represents myself. The image is of me standing at a BART platform waiting for a train. I like the image layout overall and it’s served me well. But it’s aged enough to the point that I don’t feel like I draw like that anymore. So I wanted to update the drawing style to reflect more what I draw like now — more wrinkles and details with a bit more rendering of volume. Besides updating how I draw, I also updated my clothes, again, to more similar to how I dress now.

Maybe I’ll play with the background layout some more too. But for now, this is how it stands. With me, waiting for a train to take me to work, home, drawing, comic shop, basketball game, shopping, fun, wherever’s next.
