So sad to hear of Michael K Williams passing. Enjoyed him in Community and Lovecraft Country (haven’t seen Boardwalk Empire but I know he was in it), but he will always be Omar to me. He was absolutely awesome in The Wire – one of my fave shows of all time. Here’s a piece I did 10 years ago of Omar as if he was a figure from the Upper Deck All Star Vinyl line.
