Here’s a comic book spread advertisement I made for SAGA, FATALE, THIEF OF THIEVES, and MANHATTAN PROJECTS.

The idea behind this spread ad was to create something that would cause the viewer to give a moment of pause and investigate the art further. I wanted to organize the four books into their own half-page sections and show varied images from each series with the main big image showing main characters, then ancillary characters, moments, and atmosphere in the smaller panels. The paneled art initially felt a bit organized, so I visually unified the sections by tinting them with different colors. Lastly, the whole ad was pulled together with the transparent “READ THEM MONTHLY” text.
