Here’s a comic book page advertisement I made for THE WALKING DEAD: MICHONNE SPECIAL.

Knowing that the special was going to reprint pages from her first appearance in issue 19, I combined the main figure from the cover image of the book with a background collage of images (line art only) from issue 19 that featured Michonne. For the solicitation text, I aligned it to the right to balance out the the figure’s weight on the left side. I also kept the text and logos in white so they “popped” in comparison to the dark background.
