Here’s a comic book page advertisement I made for THIEF OF THIEVES 20.

Using the cover art of issue 20, I put the logo, credits, and issue-specific info in white to contrast with the dark art behind them. I made the info as big as possible to grab the viewer’s attention, but still be contained in the body of the art to retain the contrast. The solicit text is in black to contrast with the lightness of the art behind it and is shaped to lead the viewer’s eye down to the figures and the issue info.
